One of the best cool tools which is not available anymore. Years ago I purchased this Irwin Vice Grips Made in the USA Toolbox at a discount store, Mao Mart I believe, and it has been one of those tools that disappears only to be found under the front seat of my truck. Too bad that Irwin doesn’t make this one anymore. I think there is a Leatherman Crunch that has the adjustable pliers but I know of no other multi tool with this utility.
