Well ill show you how to make Bungee straps out of a list of simple items
1:- hair bungees poundland do them in a 32 pack
2:- garden wire … Tie wire .. or paper clips (use coloured paper clips for that bling factor.
3 pliers.. long nosed and bull nosed
4:- 03.5mm heat shrink (i used black as it was all i had.)
5:- lighter to burn and mould
6:- Take you time 
Seriously its about trial & error…
