Hot as the Sun

So I’ve “built” or set up a mini makeshift forge as I slowly delve into the art of Blacksmithing. Placed my oxy/acet torch on a snare drum stand aimed at a setup of FireBrick, I’m using oxy/Magnegas2 as fuel, the flame aims at the firebrick with enough space to put my flattened vw rear coil spring inbetween the heated brick and the flame tip. The metal heats very quickly, then I put it on the vice anvil and flatten and manipulate the cherry red steel. I can also put the flattened steel in the vice and with a large adjustable wrench I can turn it to make a swirl so I think I can do a lot with just an anvil vice, some firebrick, a vice grip, an adjustable wrench… When I leave the flame alone to do the pounding I notice the Sun shining from the brick, it gets so hot and so bright! I turns the firebrick into glass.
