This is a review of the Harbor Freight Pittsburgh 11″ Swivel Pad Lock Grip Pliers, Item # 39535/60820.
Nice set of locking clamp pliers, the swivel pads grip uneven surfaces. Helpful to lock down an item you are working on to a workbench or table. It would be handy to have several of these to hold down the item you are working on.
The handles and generally of a standard Vise-Grip design with a turnbuckle screw and lock release handle. All around not a bad tool, would be a bit nicer if the steel were a bit thicker for a more slid tool, but at the price you can’t complain.
