UPDATE: I talked to Grizzly (they’re there even on Saturdays), and I explained the problem with those quick change collets. The lady on the phone was very understanding and they emailed me a shipping label and agreed to take them as a return, for a full refund.
Very pleased with the customer service at that company (overall), will order from them again the future!
