Einfache und schnelle Encoder Anflanschung an die Seilzuggeber-Mechanik des SX135, dank des Easy-Clamp-Mechanismus. Für die Encoder Anflanschung eignen ich alle inkrementalen und absoluten Drehgeber mit einem Klemmbund von 36 mm Durchmesser und einer Welle mit 10 mm Durchmesser sowie 10-20 mm Länge.

Easy & quick encoder clamping flange for the draw-wire sensor mechanic oft he SX135, du to to the Easy-Clamp-Mechanism. The Encoder clamping flange is suited for all incremental and absolute encoders with (diameters 36 mm), a shaft diameter of 10 mm and a shaft length of 10-20 mm.

Sensorprinzip:
Kernbestandteil eines Seilzugsensors ist ein hochflexibles Stahlseil, das einlagig auf eine ultraleichte Seiltrommel gewickelt ist. Diese Trommel ist über eine vorgespannte Triebfeder mit dem Sensorgehäuse verbunden. Das aus dem Sensor heraus ragende Ende des Messseils wird mit dem Messobjekt verbunden. Ändert sich der Abstand zwischen Sensor und Messobjekt, so wird das Messseil gegen die Federkraft aus dem Sensor heraus gezogen und von der Trommel abgerollt. Die Achse der Trommel ist fest mit einem Potentiometer (für analoge Ausgangssignale), oder mit einem Encoder (für digitale Ausgangssignale) verbunden. Dreht sich die Seiltrommel durch eine Abstandsveränderung des Messobjektes, so dreht sich die Messeinheit des Potentiometers, bzw. des Encoders proportional dazu. Die Aufgabe des Potentiometers, bzw. des Encoders ist die mechanische Bewegung in ein proportionales elektrisches Signal umzuwandeln und es auszugeben.

Sensor principle:
The key component of a draw wire sensor is a highly flexible steel wire rope, that is winded single-layered on an ultra light capstan. This capstan is connected to the sensor housing by a pre-stressed
spring. The end of the steel wire rope, that is equipped with a rope clip gets connected to the target object. As soon as the distance between sensor and target object changes, the steel wire rope gets pulled out of the sensor and is rolled off the capstan (or vice versa). The shaft of the capstan is connected to a potentiometer (for analog output signals), or to an encoder (for digital output
signals). If there is a rotation of the capstan due to a change in the distance to the target object, the sensor element will turn proportionally. This way the potentiometer, or the encoder converts a linear movement into a proportional electrical signal. If a standard analog output signal, like 0…10 V or 4…20 mA is needed, the sensor is equipped with an additional electronics.
