Product Description
■Mainly used for clamping parts to rivet, weld, grind and so on, which is characterized by the powerful clamp force produced by the jaw. It can lock tight so that the parts won’t fetch away. Besides, jaws have a lot of levels to adjust for the use of different thickness of parts, and it also can be used as a wrench.

Completely scratch built, 1/4 scale, metal functional miniature model, of the famous James Bond 007 Walther PPK pistol, in a single shot 2mm rimfire version. Obviously this miniature doesn´t intend to be an exact replica of the original gun. I tried to be as faithful as possible to the profile and the external look of the original firearm, but being this a miniature single shot gun, its action is greatly simplified, and modified to fire a 2mm rimfire cartridge. This is a firing mechanism that I have created specifically for this gun and I made a lot of research and trials to perfect it. That´s why I choose not to include any plans of the action on the video and it explains also why I´ve covered with a mask the details of the hammer, trigger and spring housing. To my knowledge this is the only miniature 1/4 Walther PPK, 2 mm rimfire, pistol ever made.
The materials I used to make this miniature firearm were the following:
-Brass: body and barrel pieces, nut and some of the rivets;
-Cupronickel: hammer, trigger, safety lever, sights, magazine release button, extractor, screw, and some of the rivets;
-Tempered steel: spring;
-Mammoth ivory: grips.
I used only simple hand tools (a mini vise, a jewellers saw, files, pliers, etc.) and a little electric drill to make this miniature gun.
The 2mm rimfire cartridge shown in the video is a replica that I´ve made with brass tube and lead, and it has no powder or primer in it. Although my miniature guns are fully functional and capable of firing I don´t intend to fire any blank or live cartridges because they are for display purposes only.
