That’s right kids this is the long awaited Nissan 2.5L timing chain replacement video. Well, part 1 anyway. In this installment we remove the old chain. That’s an easy sentence to type, but it takes almost an hour of video to cover. Just to put things in perspective, the first cut of this video was almost 5 hours long. I managed to pair it down to 1 hr 45min. That was a LOT of editing. I love the finished product though.
And yes I do realize that had I removed the rear engine mount it would have made replacing the PS rack that much easier.
