What makes them Smart?? Well lets find out and put them through the some tests.
Despite the box implying they will measure component inline on a PCB board, the only smart feature I found after doing the review was he auto feature that figures out if the component is a cap, resistor, or diode. I think the only smart point was the auto feature that sometimes didn’t recognize the correct component.
