I Assume The End User To Be Mechanically Skilled Enough To Accomplish These Procedures
1. Remove All Screws Holding Handle Cover On
2. Un Solder Or Cut Off Original F2 Crimp Terminals On The Wires
3. Remove Old Batteries
4. Cut the Stand offs with a Dremel Tool
or Slice Plastic Stand Offs On Bottom Of Battery Box With
Single Sided Razor Blade In A Cross Pattern
Push Hard To Cut Plastic Right Down To Bottom Of The Box
5. Use Needle Nose Pliers To Break Off
The Cut Pieces By Bending And Twisting
6. Use A Die Grinder or Dremel With A Sanding Disc
To Remove The Rest Of Plastic Down To The Case
7. Install New Batteries
12 Volt 12 Amp / Hour # 12120
12 volt 15 Amp / Hour # 12150
8. Install Original F2 Spade Terminals Back On If You Were Able to De-Solder Them.
- Or Cut Old Terminals Off And Strip Wires And Re-Solder Directly To The Battery Terminals
- Or Strip The Wires And Install New Crimp Connectors On All The Wires And Slide On To Battery Terminals
9. Install a Piece Of soft foam Between and on top of Batteries To Take Up Excess Play
10. Reinstall Cover, Charge Batteries and Test
