I was in town looking for a bit of steel rod for making rivets. Tractor supply sells what they call Welding Supplies. It’s a bin with various sizes of rod, bar, angle, and tube that can be high priced but if you factor in the time not such a bad deal as driving another 10 miles to get to the steel distributor. They also have POS Tools. No not that kind of POS. I’m talking about Point Of Sale. You know. The stuff that is in bins that catches your eye while you are waiting in the checkout line. I bit. This is what I came home with from my trip.
I didn’t buy the rod. Too high a price.
